Towards Cooperative Regulation: The Approach of Cyberspace Regulation

Abstract:

The cooperative regulation mode, which advocates decentralization and cooperation, is playing an increasingly important role in cyberspace regulation of various countries because of its advantages, for instance, professional, flexible and low-cost. This paper analyzes the connotation and classification of cooperative regulation and the reasons for using it in cyberspace regulation, and puts forward some suggestions for improving China's cyberspace cooperation regulation by comparing the practice of Europe, the United States and China.
